Stefania Clementi is a passionate and versatile Child Psychologist and Educator, born and raised in Rome, where she worked for years in Schools and Family Service Centers. Allora has been her dream since she moved to New York in 2010.
She earned her Master’s Degree in Child Psychology, at La Sapienza University with a focus on education and child development, and a specialization in Psychodiagnosis.
Once in New York Stefania gained a post-grad Certificate at Brooklyn College on Autism spectrum disorder. While studying she worked as Italian tutor in language centers in Manhattan and privately as a Parent Counselor for Italian expat families. In 2014 she started working at La Scuola d’Italia, a bilingual, international, school as a School Psychologist for pre-K to 12th grade children, where she created and implemented wellness and prevention programs for children and their families of different cultures, age and social-emotional needs.
Brooklyn is the part of the city that welcomed her and made her feel at home and proud of being an adoptive Brooklynite. She loves world Cinema, photography, traveling around the world, or just dream about it laying down in Prospect Park on a sunny day.
